Supporting and developing opportunities for disabled members/classmates-94 or their family members involves creating an inclusive and accessible environment that addresses their unique needs. The following activities are under process to support and develop:



Promote Inclusivity:
  • To ensure that physical spaces, websites, and communication materials are accessible to individuals with various disabilities.
  • To encourage an inclusive culture that values diversity and actively seeks to involve disabled individuals in all aspects of life.

Provide Accessibility Accommodations:
  • To make necessary adjustments to physical spaces, such as ramps, elevators, and accessible restrooms, to ensure that everyone can navigate easily.
  • To develop and maintain a website that adheres to accessibility standards, making it usable for individuals with visual or auditory impairments.

Offer Training and Sensitization Programs:
  • To conduct training sessions for staff and the community to raise awareness about different types of disabilities, promote understanding, and reduce stigmas.
  • To provide sensitivity training to ensure that people interact respectfully with disabled individuals and understand their unique needs.

Employment Opportunities:
  • To create inclusive hiring practices that consider the skills and abilities of disabled individuals.
